Check valves model EWTPS-001 is primarily single plate swing check valve with short pattern wafer body. The MS body is robust construction with good performance. The low inertia Disc Plate design enable the valve to open or close with a very low diffencial pressure. The eccentric disc shaft in combination with Disc seat guarantee appositive shut off the material liquid.

The vales are suitable for mounting between mating flanges those are welded with pipeline. No Gasket is needed in between mating flanges. O Ring is provided on both sides of check valve to eliminate the leakage. A handle is also provided on the top for easy installation. Valve is self an acting & non returning media.

Dual Plate Swing Check Valve Series DPSCV-002

The dual plate check valve is a swing valve uniquely designed for all purpose no-return valve(NVR) applications.

The constructional feature make the valve much smaller in size, lighter in weight & makes it much feasible in operation as compared to conventional swing check valve.

The dual plate swing swing check valve employs dual spring loaded plates/disc hinged on a central hinge pin. It operates on the differential pressure between fluid flow pressure & spring torsion pressure. As the flow pressure reduces, the plates tend to close with a cushion effect by spring torsin force thereby restricting the reversal of fluid flow.
